EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Health, life and disability insurance benefits are available for employees working an average of 30 hours per week after sixty days;

The Club pays for 55% of the monthly premium 401(k) Retirement Plan:

The Club matches 100% of an employee's contribution, up to 5% Dental insurance options are available at employee expense

Vacation time and a holiday bonus are distributed based on length of employment; part-time employees earn vacation time based on the average number of hours worked per week

Sick Time: Employees who work at least an average of 35 hours per week earn 40 hours of sick time each year

Golf privileges are extended to employees on Mondays (according to Employee Handbook guidelines), subject to the Junior Golf Program schedule; guests are not permitted

The Club provides one meal for each shift (minimum of five hours)

The Club has sponsored occasional recreational activities for employees; these may differ from year to year

Flu shots are available to all employees (generally administered in late October)
